Authorize.Net Error: Customer ID is required.

You see something like this in your Authorize.Net debug log:

    [error_message] => AuthorizeNet Error:
                Response Code: 3
                Response Subcode: 2
                Response Reason Code: 33
                Response Reason Text: Customer ID is required.

To disable this go into your Authorize.net account and click:
Account > Payment Form > Form Fields

And then proceed to disable all the required fields in the billing section. The same applies for any error regarding to other billing details.
